    The map plug-in on the order submission page shows the expected delivery range
    Automatically push alternative route plans in extreme weather
  3. Dynamic freight
    Volume weight charging rules: when (length × width × height)/139 > actual weight, charge according to volume weight
  4. Abnormal handling agreement
    Address modification window period: self-service modification within 1 hour after placing an order, and cannot be modified after timeout
    Damage evidence collection process: upload unopened video within 48 hours after signing to apply for compensation

  5. User Liability Clauses
