Q1: How long will it take for me to receive the package after I place an order?
A: It depends on the delivery level you choose:
Standard delivery: 7 working days
International: 14 working days including customs clearance
Q2: How to change the delivery address?
A: You can modify it by yourself in the order center within 1 hour after payment. The address cannot be changed after the time limit
For international orders, you must contact customer service for manual processing.
Q3: What if the package is lost?
A: Submit an exception report immediately through [Tracking Page], and we will:
Initiate the transporter investigation procedure (usually 5 working days)
Provide resend or refund after verification (compulsory signature insurance products will be given priority)
Return and refund
Q4: Can I return the product if the size does not match after trying it on?
A: Of course! Products that have not been worn outdoors and retain the original labels can be returned free of charge within 30 days. It is recommended to use the size measurement tool to reduce the trial and error rate.
